I am not over weight, dont need to loose any weight or I will be to skinny, but I have a pouch! That is the only place weight goes, is my midsection, when I do gain some lbs. How can I just loose the belly fat without loosing weight elsewhere. Which excersises?
It’s impossible to reduce fat in one area of your body. Doing 500 crunches a day will not make your stomach thinner. All that will do is make your muscles stronger. To reduce overall fat around your body you much do a lot of cardio exercises. To tone areas
