WHAT ARE SOME GREAT EXERCISES TO REMOVE BELLY FAT AROUND THE SIDES AND MY LOWER BELLY?

I so badly want to lose weight in them places too, It sounds like the last 10-15 pounds……..Eat healthy, do situps every day or every other day, there is this one exersise for the legs you have to like squeeze the legs as if you where squeezing the water out of a tissue and lift it up in the air going back wards and hold it and squeeze all the muscles in your thighs and then slowely come back and do like that 20-30 times on each leg you will sweat and then get a step and do step-arobics. Great for the inner legs. the Lower belly you should lift your legs right up in the air and go UP but not lift the whole back coz your working on your lower belly and do that but also do crunches to get the whole thing working.
